You’ll need to be located in North, Central or South America because business hours will be PST & ESTÂ time!
Although we’d rather you have some experience in customer success, sales and/or pure account management, this is not a requirement; however, you will need to demonstrate a sustained interest in these fields.

Round 1Â – We review your application to see if you meet the initial requirements for this role. Please note that if you do not complete the questions we will be unable to proceed with your application beyond this stage
Round 2Â – You will have to complete a cognitive test to evaluate the match between your profile and the company’s profile
Round 3Â – You will have a video interview with our Hiring Manager
Round 4Â – You will have to do a Personality Test + video interview with the Director of Customer Success and the Hiring Manager
Round 5Â – You will have a chat with our CEO to understand your motivation and career goals. We want to know if you will be a great fit for our team, but also we want you to achieve your goals
