By using our job board, you agree to abide by our policies and respect the diversity and individuality of all users. Our job board is designed to facilitate connections between job seekers and employers, and we expect all users to use our platform in a respectful and professional manner.

We encourage all employers to provide equal opportunities and fair treatment to all job seekers, regardless of their background or personal characteristics. This includes providing clear and accurate job descriptions, fair compensation and benefits, and a positive and supportive work environment.

Our job board may also include resources and information related to equity, diversity and inclusion, such as articles, webinars, and events. These resources are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement by our job board. We encourage all users to conduct their own research and seek additional resources and guidance as needed.

2. Accounts and User Obligations

To use certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website’s registration form and to keep this information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for any and all activities that occur under your account. 3. Company Profile Approval

By creating a company profile on the Website, you represent and warrant that your company meets our standards of social responsibility and ethics:

a. Commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: All companies using the EDI Jobs platform agree to promote and support equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of their business, including but not limited to their hiring practices, workplace culture, and policies.

b. Non-Discrimination: Companies using EDI Jobs agree not to discriminate against job seekers on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other protected status.

c. Fair Hiring Practices: Companies agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding hiring, and to engage in fair and transparent hiring practices. This includes providing equal opportunities and fair treatment to all job seekers, regardless of their background.

d. Ethical Conduct: Companies using EDI Jobs agree to act in an ethical and responsible manner in all aspects of their business, including but not limited to their hiring practices and workplace culture. This includes avoiding any actions that may harm job seekers, such as providing false or misleading information.

e. Termination of Use: EDI Jobs reserves the right to terminate the use of its platform by any company that violates this agreement or engages in unethical or discriminatory practices.

By using the EDI Jobs platform, companies agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their business.

We reserve the right to review and approve or deny any company profile, and to remove any approved profile if it is later determined to not meet these standards.

4. Job Listings and Employer Obligations

Employers may post job listings on the Website for a fee, payable through the Website’s payment processing partner, Stripe. Employers are solely responsible for their job listings and any information they provide in those listings. Employers represent and warrant that their job listings are accurate, comply with all applicable laws, and do not contain any discriminatory or harassing content. Employers also agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the hiring process, including but not limited to laws regarding equal employment opportunity and background checks. Job listings should maintain inclusive and gender-neutral language. Any job listing that is not written in inclusive language may be corrected or erased by us.

5. Job Posting Payment

The Website uses Stripe as its payment processing partner to securely process job posting fees. By using the Website to post job listings, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Job postings will only be made visible on the Website after receipt of payment for the selected job posting package. We reserve the right to remove job postings at any time if payment is not received or if the job posting violates our terms and conditions. The posting fee is non-refundable.

6. Job Seeker Obligations

Job seekers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their profile information and for keeping it up-to-date. Job seekers agree not to provide any false information in their profile or during the application process, and to comply with all applicable laws regarding job searches and applications.

7. Communication

You agree to receive communications from us, including but not limited to email related to your use of the Website. You may opt out of receiving certain types of communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message.

8. Third Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We have no control over the content, products, or services offered by these third-party websites, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources. You also acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available through any such website or resource.

9. Usage of Third-Party APIs

The Website may use APIs provided by third-party websites, such as social media platforms like LinkedIn, to enhance the user experience.
