The Talent Sr. Analyst role is part of our growing enterprise Talent team. As the Talent Sr Analyst, you will be a critical supporting contributor as we build and deliver global talent strategies and programs across Talent Enablement. This includes the following;
- OE Strategic Programs (e.g., recognition, engagement, analytics, onboarding, Engagement Champion Teams, team effectiveness, culture, employee engagement listening and analysis)
- Learning and Performance (e.g., manager capability, professional development, performance management, etc.)
- Talent Enablement Solutions (e.g., internal mobility, assessments, talent acquisition processes, pipeline programs, etc.).
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Â
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
- Develop a detailed project plan and manage the project plan to ensure that milestones are met, risks are raised appropriately, and monitor the project budget.
- Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to get input and advice on strategies and improvement efforts, including processes and policies.
- Plan and oversee project resources and timelines
- Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders
- Conduct and participate in project review meetings
Systems, Reporting & Analysis:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for programs and problem-solve any advanced issues that users are facing
- Document and test business requirements
- Partner with the People Analytics team to manage and optimize data specific to talent processes
- Conduct audits on data
- Escalation of systems or process issues
- Reporting and insights for key programs
- Support the launch of listening sessions to gather the voice of the employee
- Track program metrics to develop dashboards
Communications:
- Help the team create executive-ready presentations
- Create job aids for various stakeholders for various systems, executing policies and programs
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team meetings, along with managing complex logistics
Research (internal and external):
- Conduct regular research to stay current on existing and emerging talent strategies
- Design and lead focus groups or interviews to collect information and insight
- Partner with internal teams to standardize and improve sourcing and vendor management experience for key stakeholders
What are the requirements needed for this position?Â
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Organization Development, Business, project management, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience (moderate to high levels of complexity)
- Â A minimum of 3 years working on talent-related projects
- Worked within a global Fortune 500 growing organization
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday)
- Demonstrated ability to work with highly sensitive data and protect it.
- Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Zoom
- Planning and organizational skills with attention to detail with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences and innovative solutions
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Â
- Â User-centric program design experience
- Agile project methodology
- Meeting Facilitation Skills (assist with facilitating meetings, updates to project plans, project initiation documents, etc.)
- Experienced working within tight deadlines
- Experience working in Beamery, Peakon, LinkedIn Learning and Workday
Pay Range $62,000.00 – $103,400.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
