Work Location for Inside Sales Representatives at Angi

  • Office-Based Role: For candidates within a 30-mile radius of our offices in Denver, CO; Indianapolis, IN; New York City, NY; or Olathe, KS (Kansas City area), you’ll work from the office corresponding to your location.
  • Remote Role: This position is remote for candidates outside the 30-mile office radius, but permanently residing in the following states:
    • AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY.
    • Ensure you have a hardline high-speed internet connection for your workspace. Company-provided equipment, including a webcam, is required for all team communications.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As an Inside Sales Representative at Angi, you are the driving force in expanding our network of service providers through dedicated high volume outreach and fast-paced, high quality relationship-building. Your key responsibilities include:

  • High-Volume Cold Calls: Engage in up to 200 daily calls nationwide, presenting Angi’s value proposition, our diverse products, and advertising options to service providers.
  • Negotiation and Trust Building: Overcome objections and negotiate advertising solutions, fostering trust and understanding the unique needs of each service provider.
  • Provider Coaching: Advise service providers on how to cultivate lasting relationships with homeowners, turning service requests into lifelong consumer connections.
  • Process Guidance: Walk service providers through the background check authorization and approval process, ensuring a smooth onboarding.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed required sales targets, taking responsibility for the number of units sold weekly (Angi Leads) and/or contract value sold biweekly (Angi Ads).

Joining Our Team Requires

Educational and Experience Background: A Bachelor’s degree or at least 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience. A High School Diploma or GED is also required.

  • Technical Requirements: Ability to use a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day and all company-provided equipment, including a webcam, for team communications.
  • Compliance: Successful completion of a criminal background check is required. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

Benefits + Compensation – What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary + Beyond: $36,000 to $38,043, adjusted based on location and experience, with an uncapped commission paid biweekly.
  • Unlimited Earning Potential: Our sales representatives average $65,000-$80,000 in their first year, with top performers earning as much as $200,000+. Your hard work directly influences your earnings, offering a clear path to financial success. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living and individual performance.
