Aufgaben
Du übernimmst das Ressort Sport und entwickelst das Redaktionsteam sowie die laufende Digitalisierung kontinuierlich weiter
Mit deiner modernen Sportberichterstattung – sowohl klassisch als auch digital – prägst du maßgeblich die Marke des Chemnitzer Medienhauses
Als Sportbegeisterter arbeitest du Seite an Seite mit bis zu 20 engagierten, sowie kompetenten Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der Mantelredaktion sowie der lokalen Sportagentur zusammen
Du pflegst das regionale Sportbeziehungsnetzwerk, insbesondere zu den Sportarten Fußball, Basketball, Motorsport oder dem Nordischen Skisport, und baust es konsequent aus

An der Weiterentwicklung der Produkte und den digitalen Veränderungsprozessen arbeitest du intensiv mit

Profil
Ein abgeschlossenes Volontariat mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Sportjournalismus ist hier Pflicht
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung und kannst Nutzerdaten interpretieren
Als sportaffiner Netzwerker kannst du tragfähige Beziehungen zu Sportlern und Vereinen aufbauen
Du schreibst in deiner Muttersprache Deutsch und kannst Interviews in Englisch führen
Deine Recherchekompetenz ist durch deine tägliche Nutzung von Internet und Social Media genauso sicher wie die vor Ort
Du verfügst über eine gültige PKW-Fahrerlaubnis
