Zendesk is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, based in the UK, who will be responsible for customer acquisition, adoption and growth within the enterprise segment. You will drive sales execution with accounts in your territory by establishing new executive level relationships and cultivating existing relationships. The role requires collaborating and coordinating with senior management, customer success, professional services and being a product subject matter authority.
You will ultimately be responsible for your own success within the territory, ensuring top line growth, via new logo acquisition and customer adoption, whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers and prospective customers.
You will possess both experience to engage at the Senior level as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with you and the team. You should also have a demonstrable ability to think strategically about customer businesses, product and technical challenges they face with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions that are informed and differentiate Zendesk value.
