Diversity Day (Germany)
In Germany, Diversity Day, known as "Tag der Vielfalt," is an annual event celebrated to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and society as a whole. It is organized by the nonprofit organization Charta der Vielfalt (Charter of Diversity). Diversity Day encourages companies, organizations, and individuals to embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms, including gender, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, and disability. Participants are encouraged to organize activities, workshops, and discussions to raise awareness, foster understanding, and promote respect for diversity within their communities and workplaces.
