Girls’ Day and Boys’ Day, observed in various countries, are dedicated to challenging traditional gender stereotypes and promoting gender equality in education and career choices. Girls’ Day encourages young girls to explore fields traditionally dominated by men, such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), while Boys’ Day encourages boys to explore fields traditionally associated with women, such as caregiving and education. These events aim to provide equal opportunities for all individuals regardless of gender and foster diversity in career paths.

We appreciate any feedback or comments that contribute to completeness. Thank you for your understanding.
Let’s continue to recognize and celebrate diversity and inclusion throughout the year and work towards creating an inclusive environment for all.
